A routine exam doesn't provide all of the measurements and testing required to determine if your eyes are suitable for contact lens wear. Specialized contact lens fitting exams allow us to fit contact lenses for most patients, even hard-to-fit cases.
There are many causes of sore, red eyes. Some are minor and may resolve on their own, others are very serious and can result in permanent eye damage and loss of vision. A proper diagnosis is crucial.
