cancellation and no-show policy

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to keep this appointment please contact us to reschedule. You may be charged a $30 cancellation/no- show fee for missed appointments.

Insurance/Direct Billing

You are responsible for looking into the benefits your insurance provides prior to showing up for your appointment. We will do our best to direct bill your insurance whenever possible. If your insurance cannot be direct billed, you are responsible for payment of your examination fees on the day of service. We will provide all necessary documentation and invoices to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. If you choose to cancel with less than 24-hours notice because your insurance does not allow us to direct bill for your exam, the $30 cancellation/no-show fee will still apply.

Scheduled Appointments

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment we will prioritize patients who are on time to prevent delays. We will offer you the option to either reschedule your appointment or remain on stand-by if another spot remains available or opens up later in the schedule.

Account Balances

Any outstanding account balances must be settled prior to any further services being rendered. Patients who have questions about their bills or would like to discuss payment options may call and speak to an office representative who can review their account and concerns.

Emergency visits are prioritized. We will do our best to let you know if your appointment is delayed in these circumstances.
